Most health insurance plans do not cover emergency visits to a private provider. Work injury, Car Accident and Personal injury complaints will be billed to the responsible party.

Any emergency appointment not covered by an appropriate and verifiable party will require payment to be made at the time of the visit before services are rendered and a surcharge will apply.
